Bondage ToysMost couples will delve into the world of bondage (BDSM) even if it’s a small as a blindfold or simple handcuffs. The truth is Bondage play can be very kinky (its limits are completely up to you) but also quite romantic and sensual as well. However, if you are a novice then some parts of the bondage language will be completely foreign to you – which is very common. Some names of bondage toys associated in the Bondage category can take quite a bit to grasp the concept of what it is and what it is you actually do with it. But once you get the hang of it the simple act of being restrained and giving your lover the power offers a new physical experience and a much tighter feel of trust and closeness to you both.
Ball gagsBall gags are designed to mute the voice of your partner making them submit to you and give you complete control. They can come in an array of styles – mouth hook gags, bit gags, hollow gags and solid ball gags. Ball gags should in no way obstruct on the wearers breathing as its strapped over or around the head and the “ball” part sits inside the lips/teeth. Due to not allowing the wearer to talk communication needs to become more creative so the partner has a better understanding of their partners requirements. (also an idea to have a form of hand signal to let the other person know if you require the gag removed at any point during play) Ball gags will muffle the moans of pleasure and is great for beginners through to the more advanced Bondage enthusiasts.
Blindfolds, & hoodsBlindfolds allow you to remove the sense of sight which in return heightens every other sense – particularly touch! They are available in a array of colours and materials from satin, silk, leather and fur. A blindfold creates a sense of mystery and the wearer who might be a little more coy is highly likely to feel less self conscious about experimenting with their sight hidden allowing you to explore more is fantasies and role play. Hoods (a more intermediate bondage accessory) covers a little more than your standard blindfold – they tend to cover half the head, the face or all of it. They can have open eyes, nose or mouths and be made from materials like lace, spandex and leather. The purpose of the hood is to change the appearance of the wearer and for more sensory deprivation which in return increases the sense of anticipation for sexual contact which heightens mental arousal.
Paddles, whips and cropsThese are as fun as they sound. Whether it’s a slap or a tickle there’s definitely one to suit absolutely anyone and everyone. They can be made from an array of materials including: PVC, wood, leather and maybe with an added bit of fur in the mix as well as an array of sizes and shapes. Once you experience one you will want to very quickly add to your collection. Whips will tease and tickle your most sensitive areas. Whether it’s a flick or a glide over the skin you will gasp for more. Paddles offer a more audible “thwack” on the skin (hence why it’s used on those more fleshy areas of the body), that noise coming from a paddle offers a sensory play stimulation and accentuates the experience of being spanked. Crops offer a more sharper sting. It’s worthwhile starting softer and gradually building up to avoid any unnecessary harm to your bed buddy. So whether you’re playing master or servant or just want to see your partner shiver in anticipation and satisfaction, you are sure to awaken all the nerve endings and give that ultimate adrenaline rush in your spanking. The anticipation alone has us quivering!
Collars & LeashesDelve into your deepest BDSM fantasies by allowing your partner take complete control of you (or over you) with a collar and leash. Submit to their demands. There is a huge selection of luxurious collars available – from plain, supple leather, PVC, Spiked, Jewelled, coloured and furry. Most will have an O-ring at the front that allows the connection for a leash, rope, and harnesses to be attached to them. They are the ultimate accessory that aren’t just worn in the bedroom but can very easily be worn out and about. A collar worn on its own can also be a symbol of ownership (consensual of course) but if you are anything like us they are a “cute” accessory also. Collars offer a more deeper intimacy with your partner as you both explore the ventures of power play.
Ropes & RestraintsThe fun stuff! I don’t think I’ve ever crossed paths with anyone who didn’t get a thrill from either being restrained or being the restrainer. A simple handcuff is truly a necessary part of every bondage toy collection! Simple to use and ultra sexy, the range of handcuffs is endless. Choose from – satin and lace, heavy duty metal, fluffy and furry, leather and faux leather. Ones with buckles and locks, Velcro and easy release. There are so many different variations when it comes to restraints/handcuffs that the possibilities are never ending. There’s standard wrist cuffs, ankle cuffs, bed restraints, under the bed restraints (our top seller), hogties cuff sets, and ones you can add rope through. The first step (and the hardest if you ask us) which one do you start with first!? Rope is a specially designed item that is aimed for people who find enjoyment in getting tied up. Bondage tape is also another alternative that is self adhesive, and skin-safe. Rope should NEVER be substituted for the ropes that can be found in your DIY stores. These ropes will be much harder and harsher against the skin and can very easily cause harm. The rope you will find at Naughty But Nice online is specifically designed to be soft on the skin and flexible enough to tie intricate knots into. Who knew a simple knot could be so sensual!?
Nipple clampsNipples are one of the most sensitive part of your body (for both men and woman!) and due to this is also one of the most responsive. Your nipples are full of nerve endings that react almost instantly to any stimulation (we’ve all experienced that hard nipple feel in the cold...). this can create an increase in pleasure which can lead to more powerful orgasms. You could try nipple suckers to keep them hard and erect, clamps that clasp on the sensitive nipple area (some with jewels, beads or chains), ones that vibrate and can double as a clitoral stimulator as well (double the fun!) and just go a plain stainless steel style that you can heat up in boiling water and freeze for more intense sensory play.
Trust, communication and playTrust and communication is key when delving into the world of BDSM. You are surrendering your control to your partner. So it is highly recommended to have a safety word – you might ask yourself why do I need a safety word, is it really that scary? Well this tells both parties that there is complete trust whatever scenario you get into. Well we have a safety word in sex in general – which is “no” but during bondage play no can be sometimes be a part of the “playtime” so if you have a word like “purple” or “Pineapple” then things are more likely to stop immediately. Bondage play building a relationship around trust, you’re giving yourself to your partner – this is not just about “sensations” – it can actually be really romantic. If you have any questions at all regarding bondage toys be sure to contact the friendly staff at Naughty But Nice today!
Let us start off with firstly saying that sex toys will never replace that intimate skin to skin contact you desire when you are with another person, but it does come real close.... There is nothing better than combining the two and partake in a threesome with a buzzing buddy. Having great sex helps promote health and well being by improving your mood and physically making you feel good. Using a sex toy can spice up a flagging sex life and bring a bit of added fun into your life. Adding the sex toy into the mix will not only make you feel great but it will also promote your circulation and release the “feel good factors” during an orgasm.
No one is being replacedAt no point should any partner feel like they are being replaced. There is absolutely no replacement when it comes to live, human contact. Sexual toys should always be looked at as sexual enhancements. They are a nice and intimate way to help increase the connection to your partner experience. Another misconception to avoid is assuming that your partner will not like the idea of using a sex toy. There is still a stigma in society that makes some people feel like a pervert or that they will be rejected by their partner for suggesting the idea. But if you look at the stats 46-66% of couples are using adult toys in the bedroom. In fact majority of those brave enough to discuss the subject of sex toys, their partners were completely on board!
What are the benefits of Sex Toys?
- Adult toys deliver pleasure (particularly the buzzy ones!)... If your partner is happy (and satisfied) then you will be happy too!
- Good sex, increases libido
- Couple orientated adult toys get people out of the “performance” mindset and more into the “pleasure” mode – KEEPING COUPLES TOGETHER.
- Adding a little bed toy can help prevent boredom. Keeping it exciting and interesting.
- Do a little show and tell. Show your partner how you like it. There is nothing more sexy to your partner then getting to watch you enjoy yourself.
- Adult toys can rejuvenate vaginas. Females can have fluctuating hormone levels which can cause vaginal tightness, dryness and atrophy. These can all cause painful sex and decrease sex drive. Vibrators can relieve these symptoms. Promoting vaginal lubrication as well as improve sexual sensation.
- Men can also benefit from the use of sex toys also. Men who use them are less likely to be burdened with erectile dysfunction, difficulty orgasming and low sex drive. Men are also likely to be more aware of their sexual health and take notice of any abnormalities quicker.
- Female orgasms can be reached quicker with the added stimulation of an adult toy. On average a male can take 3-5min whereas a woman can take 20min – using the adult toy can even up that discrepancy a little bit.
- Sex toys vibrations can save tired mouths and fingers! (we’ve all been there!)
- When you use a wand (body massager), this is a great warm up to sex. It is especially good for woman as it helps relax and de-stress before getting in the mood. Paying attention to how your partner responds with this, will make you become more in tune with their non-verbal cues. Sharing is caring! Experience pleasure together will make you feel closer.
Glass has become more and more popular and now the variety out there is so huge, that it’s easy to get caught up in the fad that is glass dildos. What’s not to love? They are functional, have a beautiful visual appeal and the perfect way to experiment in sensory play. The smoothness of the glass plus the smooth penetration equals mighty pleasure.
So many choicesFrom twisted, curved glass dildos to ones with ridges and bumps, you’ll even find some with vibration. The majority of glass dildos are made from high quality borosilicate glass, making it durable, safe and sturdy. It can be heated up in warm water or cooled down in your freezer for intense variations in temperature. Varying the temperature of a glass dildo intensifies orgasms beyond belief not to mention feels great on the clitoris and during penetration.
Is it safe to warm up or cool down?It is completely safe to use your glass dildo warm or cold for sensory play. There are some precautions to take though. When warming your glass dildo, do so with water from the hot tap. This helps ensure equal distribution of warmth to your glass dildo. It should only take a couple of minutes (depending on the size). Avoid heating it up in the microwave – the glass dildo is sturdy enough however the microwave will cause uneven hot spots which could potentially burn your most sensitive parts if not checked properly. Warmth feels good, feels comfortable and feels inviting. Anywhere you touch with a warm glass dildo will become more sensitive quickly. The warmth will help the more sensitive parts of your body engorge with blood more quickly. Slide the warm dildo over your clitoris and your labia will react quickly creating your natural fluids flow quickly. Try using it in the g-spot. A warm glass dildo makes you more sensitive – a quick route to orgasm. It is completely ok to cool your glass dildo down in the fridge or freezer, however you should note that if you do choose to freeze it slightly you need to take note of how cold the glass dildo is.... Cold, dry, frozen glass will stick to warm, moist body parts. Play safe. Cold play can be a nice change if you’re a little flushed, the cold can offer a tingle that can be quite wonderful. Using the cold glass dildo on the clitoris can cause the blood vessels to “reset”. Many woman find they get highly sensitive after climax so the touch of the cool dildo can calm down the blood vessels and get you ready for round 2.
ExperimentGlass dildos are extremely beautiful to look at. When it comes to these glistening beauties, a well cared for glass dildo will long outlast any plastic alternative and will prove even more versatile. Experiment with the different textures of the glass dildo by rolling it over your body. Shoulders, backs, it feels great when rubbed over the clitoris or the shaft of the penis. When you use the glass dildo for penetration twist it whilst it is inside you. The different textures will feel great against the vaginal walls. Try rocking the dildo inside you instead of thrusting with it. This will help provide a firm stimulation for reaching those sweet spots.
Easy careBecause they are made out of glass, they are completely hypoallergenic. Making them completely safe for ALL users. Cleaning your glass dildo is super easy as they are non-porous meaning no harmful bacteria can attach itself to your toy! After use simply wash your toy with a proper adult toy cleaner. You can also pop it into your dishwasher! As for lubricants you can experiment to your heart’s content. Water-based, or silicone based, flavoured or warming. The choices are endless for these. When storing your glass dildo pop it into a protective pouch – this protects your prized possessions from bashing into each other. you could also leave these beauties out on display. Maybe on your bedside or even a mantelpiece? Why not? They are a stunning work of art after all that should be admired and enjoyed!!

Not just for the ladies!Water play is not just for the ladies. Most women have experimented using a shower head to masturbate, but did you know that this strong stream of water also feels great for him? Have you considered taking in a waterproof bullet (styles such as evolved little dipper or pillow talks flirty are great little companions for both him and her) and using this against the base of his penis during oral sex play. This will stimulate and encourage blood flow, giving him a stronger erection. Switch roles and use the bullet on her under water for a fun aquatic activity set to create wave after wave of pleasure. The Bathmate hydro pump range is also a top recommended male adult product from Naughty but Nice Online. Keep it slipperyWater does have a habit of washing away your natural body fluids so it’s a good choice to have something that will keep you slippery when playing in the shower/bath. Silicone lubricants are a great choice as they are water resistant and long lasting. It’s as easy as putting a little into your hands and rub into your body! It is important to remember though that silicone lubricants and silicone toys don’t mix! Many people will admit that the bathroom is the perfect place to escape a crowded house and the only place you can find a little privacy. Whatever the reason, couples and singles no longer have to rely on the erratic placement of the soap dish, the random height of shower heads or end up with a cold metal tap lodged in their nether regions to achieve sexual satisfaction in the shower/bath. We have everything you need have a hot and steamy time so you can focus on what feels good. Getting sexy and clean at the same time can be a whole lot of suds up fun. Come get wet!!!
Experimenting with a vibrator can be fun and incredibly enjoyable. It will teach you not only what you enjoy in the bedroom on your own but also what you like while with a partner. First thing you should realise is that owning a vibrator is completely normal! If you at any point feel like its taboo to own one. Believe us when we say - It’s not! It’s not only normal but the variety out there is so big and vast that you have an array of options for you to choose from!
Get to know your vibratorSo you’ve picked out your vibrator. So how does it work? What does it do exactly? Firstly, you should get to know your new bedroom buddy. Play with the settings, see how it works, understand the different intensity settings it may have. You may even notice how pleasurable it feels just by having it vibrate in your hand. Play with it on yourself , so you know exactly how to use the vibrator for maximum pleasure. Find somewhere quiet, set the mood and relax!
Experiment – be a teaseRun the vibrator over your body in different erogenous zones. Pay attention to what areas feel the best. Take note that your neck is a great erogenous zone too, so take advantage of this. Lie back, close your eyes and run it gently along your neck. Feel how much pleasure comes just from that. In a way you are teasing yourself with your new vibrator. Once you start to feel the pleasure slowly make your way down – run it over your thighs, getting close to your clitoris but not quite touching it. Experiment and focus on what feels good for you without worrying about reaching orgasm. Remember it’s about enjoying the moment and remembering the journey. This is also great fun to do with a partner.
Partner upThere’s absolutely no reason why you can’t use your vibrator whilst with a partner. While making out press it against his perineum (that spot that between his anus and penis) then move it over yourself. You can also get him to use the vibrator on you while you get him off. Win, win situation really?! Try running the vibrator over your nipples whilst your partner is giving you oral sex. You’d be surprised at just how responsive your body will be to this. Want to incorporate it in a with a little light BDSM? Get your partner to tie you up (safely of course!) and let them use the vibrator on you the way they want to. The loss of control will heighten your senses – try this with a blindfold too. There’s something exciting about not having control - You’ll be begging for more! Try it in different sexual positions. Doggie is great! Have your partner penetrating you from behind while you run the vibrator over your sensuous parts. A vibrator is a great way to keep sex hot, especially for the women who struggle to reach orgasm by penetration alone (yes ladies you are NOT alone on this one, its more common then you realise – there is nothing wrong with you either) Experiment! You will soon learn what you personally enjoy the most!
Reaching the big OYou’ll notice as you use your vibrator (alone or with a partner) that your body will respond differently in different areas. It may feel to powerful in some areas whereas in others will be more pleasurable. This is completely normal. This is all part of the fun. The more aroused you start to feel you should bring the vibrator closer to your groin area and pay close attention to what works best for you. As you move the vibrator closer to your clitoris take note of how it feels – if its irritable maybe turn the vibration down and hold it a little off the sensitive areas. A lot of woman actually find indirect contact on the clitoris much more arousing. Lightly run it up your labia , and circle your clitoris (even without even touching it). Once you feel the pressure build – go in for the kill!
It’s all a part of the funVibrators play a vital role in our sexual discovery with not only ourselves but with our partners also. Hallelujah to that!!! It’s a simple thing to keep beside your bed so that you can quickly and easily grab it to add a little spice to your next adult play. Never feel guilty for wanting a little extra buzz – I’ve not read any rule that states that all sexual encounters must be two bodies only! If you listen to how your body responds in different areas using different techniques with your vibrator, reaching orgasm should be incredibly simple!
Anal, anal, anal.... Now that I have your attention, perhaps you’re wondering if anal action should become a part of your repertoire? Maybe you’ve been trying to decide if you should give anal sex a try (and even enjoy it!) but don’t know where to start – there’s a few things you should know about anal toys so you can get the best out of your anal experience.
How do you choose an Anal sex toy? From anal plugs to anal beads, there are many different styles of Anal toys. So where does one start? For a beginner we’d recommend that it should be small and slender. You don’t get a medal for going for that larger one straight up, so start small and gradually work your way up. You’ll know when that feels right. Don’t rush it. Anal toys are made to be comfortable and to offer pleasurable stimulation, but make sure you always use them with lots of compatible lubricant!!
Butt Plugs!Butt plugs are probably the more known anal toy. Their simple yet effective design makes it a favourite with beginners and advanced users alike. Most people enjoy but plugs as they offer the user a sense of “fullness”. They can be used to stretch the anus before using something a little bigger, like a penis. During orgasm the anal muscles contract along with the muscles of the vagina or penis, making it a more intensifying orgasm experience. Butt plugs are meant to stay put thanks to its flared base making the anus grip around the neck of the toy. There size can range from as small as a pinkie finger to something as large as a fist. Butt plugs are popular for use as a long term anal stimulation toy and you will find that many people will choose to wear a butt plug while they go about their daily activities. Who knew a trip to the grocery store could be that little bit more exciting!!
Anal Beads!Anal beads are a strung together, flexible row of beads that graduate in size. Ideal for beginners through to more advanced anal play users, that can be used alone for a unique anal stimulation, during masturbation or during intercourse. Originally Anal beads were connected by a string , however that was an open invitation for bacteria to grow and breed and cause it to break (OUCH!) so now they are more commonly made with much better quality materials like silicone or glass. The first few beads usually start off quite small and gradually increase with size. They are inserted into the anus and then just before an orgasm, they are slowly pulled out so you experience an intense orgasm unlike anything else!
Anal dildos!Anal dildos can be used safely for anal play. Just be sure that the dildo has a flared base so it doesn’t get lost! Yes guys, it does happen. You move the dildo back and forth using your hand or a harness to achieve an orgasm. You may find though that dildos might be a little advanced for beginners in anal play. They come in an array of sizes, colours, textures and materials. The choices are endless.
Vibrating Butt play!Using a vibrating anal toy is fun, easy to use and great fun for beginners through to more advanced anal toy users. They offer the full sensation of a plug but with the added delight of tingles of a vibrator. We do suggest though that you hold off turning it on until the toy is fully inserted – it just makes the penetration part a little easier. If you are new to the experience start with one that has a super slim tip that gradually increases in size so it allows you to insert with ease. Turn on your new butt buddy and let the delightful tingling sensation to your sphincter ring turn into the best orgasm ever! Available in an array of sizes and shapes, there’s sure to be one to fit you!
Prostate Play! The prostate, or p-spot (male version of the female g-spot) is a little hidden gem that is located about two inches into the male anus. Stimulating this can produce better male orgasms than anything else they’ve ever tried. Not to mention the health benefits associated in Prostate play - It helps improve the blood flow to the prostate which in turn helping with impotence. Increases the intensity of the ejaculation heightening the sexual experience and can even decrease the risk of getting prostate cancer! Some Prostate stimulators will also vibrate for an added fun sensation. It’s an area just waiting to be discovered!!
Be safe!Always make sure you clean your anal toys properly with a proper adult antibacterial toy cleaner. For your anal playtime to go as smoothly and as fun as possible ALWAYS use a good quality lubricant that is compatible with your toy. Remember, the anal sphincter is tight and non lubricating and will usually start out unaccustomed to things entering it. So be prepared, relax and take it slow. The anus is full of nerve endings and blood vessels, so who can blame people for wanting to tap into that stimulation? Whether you decide to venture into anal pleasure is completely up to you, but don’t be intimidated by anal sex toys. They can be used to take your orgasms to whole new level. Now, aren’t you just the slightest bit curious??
When we mention the word strap-on most people automatically go to girl/girl. However, strap-on play can be quite fun for everyone. Why make the fuss of using a strap-on when you can just use a regular dildo and guide to wherever you want to use it? Well what most of you don’t realise is that by using a strap-on during sex you are offering a different more unique erotic connection with your bedroom partner – even a deeper sense of intimacy.
What is a strap-on?Basically a strap-on is an artificial phallic appendage (or dildo), that can be worn to replicate the male penis typically during sex play. It is normally attached to a harness (however there are many different styles which we will delve into shortly) and is designed to sit in a similar position to the male penis. Or it can give a guy an extra penis, one that may be firmer and a little more cooperative then their real one. Most strap-on harness allow the wearer more comfort and control therefore ensuring that they can provide the most pleasure to their partner. Most styles today also offer the flexibility of being able to switch around the dildos so the possibilities and varieties are endless.
Who uses a strap-on?Strap-ons are typically seen to be worn mostly by women, however they can also be used by men who may be experiencing some erectile dysfunction as it can be used in the same manner as their penis in sexual activity – still providing that level of intimacy that might be a little lost for couples that may be going through some difficult times. Strap-ons are also perfect to be used during role plays, and for those women who love the sensation of being able to penetrate their partner. They provide a novelty aspect to any adventurous couple who is after a little more excitement, a little more playfulness and a much deeper intimacy to any interested couple – not to mention leaves your hands free for other fun!.
What styles are there? The options in strap-ons right now is amazing. There are so many different styles, materials, shapes and sizes that there is bound to suit each and every need out there. You will have an idea of the size of dildo you will be wanting to use. Also take note if changing the dildo over to other sizes and shapes might be wanted also, if this is the case you may want to look at a harness that had interchangeable o-rings. This allows you to change the dildo easily. (you may need to invest in a set of o-rings when you purchase your new harness. Most harnesses will be padded for extra comfort for the wearer and you can also get some that have an added “pocket” so you can add a clitoral stimulator that makes it even more fun for the female wearer. But we might add that if you get a good quality wireless bullet the vibrations will also reverberate through to the dong in the harness as well. Fun for all!! If you are more experienced in harness use, you may want to keep the strapless strap-on in mind. With this style there are no straps that wrap around your waist. There is a larger bulbous end that is worn in the vagina and the longer “shaft” end that is used to penetrate your partner either vaginally or anally. But please bear in mind that if used anally it is more for those more experienced in anal play, as the shaft can be quite lengthy and circumference.
Enjoy the pleasures!Regardless of whether you are male or female, anyone can enjoy the power and pleasures of a strap-on. All sexes and orientations can enjoy the adventures (& even the misadventures) of strap-on sex! They are perfect for any men that are concerned with ED issues or for that woman who enjoys the sensation of being able to penetrate her partner. No matter what style, colour, material or functionality Naughty but Nice online will have whatever strap-on harness (or even strapless strap-on) to satisfy any couples sexual needs. Now all you have to do is decide where to start!!
Its true... Some of the best things in life come in small packages. Don’t for a second let their small size fool you. Bullet vibrators are well-known in helping to achieve some of the most intense climaxes around. Think of it as your buzz in a pocket. Small enough to fit in your hand, discreet enough to hide in small spots but packs a punch that no clitoris can deny.
So how do you use one you ask?To be honest with you, there is no right or wrong way to using a bullet vibrator. It’s just a case of you experimenting and finding what works best for you. Place the bullet all over your body, even away from clitoral stimulation – see what feels good and don’t be afraid to try new things. Try tracing it around your inner thigh, nipples, perineum or anus for an intense sensation. It’s all a part of the thrill of using your new toy.
Multiple UsesBullet vibrators can also be use to enhance the effects of other toys. They really are a core item to be in every adult toy collection! Have you noticed that some butt plugs may have a small hole at the base? A bullet vibrator can easily slip in (with the help of a good water based lubricant). Who doesn’t love a little pocket rocket for their back entrance that will leave you in a quivering pleasurable mess. How about in a strap on for a little added buzz? We must also add the Bullets are not just for the women (Don’t be selfish ladies). They are a great addition to sex and with foreplay fun with your partner. You can use the vibrations to create some seriously mind-blowing sensations that will have you both feeling like you are on cloud 9... During foreplay they’re great to use as an addition to oral sex or instead of hands. It’s a great joint purchase since you can both benefit from the intense vibrations these little bullets can provide. Who doesn’t love the intimacy it provides to your relationship when choosing a toy that you can both benefit from?
Even during Sex!Bullet Vibrators are also extremely wonderful to use during intercourse. The nature of the bullet vibrator means that you can use your hands to control where and how it moves - so you can get what you want, when you want it and exactly where you need it. The vibrations are great for both you and your partner, and if you decided to stimulate the clitoris whilst being penetrated you can go for the elusive, powerful blended orgasm. One thing that people usually forget about Bullet Vibrators is that you are not limited to using just the tip of it – turn it around, use it horizontally for a more widespread stimulation. Whether it be an itty bitty bullet no longer than a lipstick to a buzzing wand that is truly feels like magic or even an ergonomically stylish designed massager, that’s made to slip, slide and glide all over the body spreading delectable sensations everywhere.... Excuse me.... I forgot what I was saying.... OH YESSSS!
Unless you’ve been living under a rock you would’ve heard, read or watched Fifty Shades of Grey. Which means you’ve heard of Ben Wa Balls. Maybe you’re eager to try them and experience for yourself what this craze is? But you must go into this experience with the right expectations, if you don’t then you may make wrong decisions and end up being disappointed.
Health and Fun with Ben Wa BallsBen Wa Balls, also known as Geisha balls, or Kegel Balls, can start as small as a marble that are all used to help strengthen the pelvic muscle. Coz we all know, No one likes incontinence issues especially if it can be avoided as we get older. They can be connected via a silicone string, have a cordless remote (for those that like that extra tickle) and can also come cordless. Though we at Naughty But Nice would not recommend that particular style for someone starting out. The ones with the retrieval cord make it easy and convenient when removing them – just pull the cord and out they come.
How to use Ben Wa Balls
- Before use we recommend that you empty your bladder before inserting the Ben Wa Balls
- Use a good water based lubricant (not excessively) to help glide them in.
- Lay down if you haven’t used them before, then insert the ball (or balls)
- Hold the balls inside you by tensing your leg muscles together and your PC muscles, start out with 15 minutes then increase from there.
- Remove the balls by standing up, and gently pulling out by the cord. Cordless styles you can cough, or if you are still having trouble you can sit and bear down as if you were having a bowel movement. Don’t stress about them never coming out. Relax. They can’t get lost in there.
Specific exercise ideas
- Start sitting for 15 min then increase duration to 30 minutes. Once you feel comfortable stand u or even do simple chores and repeat.
- “wear” your Ben Wa Balls out in public. No one will hear anything so they won’t know what’s happening beneath your clothes. We recommend to only do this once you have complete control of your toys and can comfortably do so out in public. Who doesn’t love being a little risky either!!!
- Tug on the cord as you are doing your kegel exercises – this helps increase difficulty. Beginners try this laying down first so you get a feel for this exercise. As you get more comfortable we suggest using heavier Ben Wa Balls.
- Thoroughly wash the Ben Wa Balls with proper toy anti bacterial cleaner available from Naughty But Nice.
